By downloading or using StatusWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

StatusWatch is a service monitoring application that aggregates status information from third-party services. We do not own, operate, or guarantee the availability of any services displayed in the app.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

StatusWatch offers Pro subscriptions via in-app purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the app for its intended purpose only
Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract data
Not use automated tools to access the service
Comply with all applicable laws

5. Disclaimer

StatusWatch is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any status information. The app aggregates publicly available status page data and is not affiliated with any monitored service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of StatusWatch, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users can delete their account at any time from within the app or by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
