When you use StatusWatch, we collect:
- Account Information: Your email address and password (stored securely)
- Subscription Data: Your Pro/Free plan status and billing information via RevenueCat
- Push Notification Token: Your device token to send incident alerts
- Subscribed Services: Which services you choose to monitor
- Usage Data: Basic analytics on how you interact with the app
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Deliver push notifications when monitored services have incidents
- Manage your subscription and Pro access
- Provide customer support
- Improve our service
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data transmission. Push notifications are handled by Firebase Cloud Messaging.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and billing
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications
- Supabase: Backend database and authentication
5. Your Rights
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting support@statuswatch.tech. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
StatusWatch is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or app notification.
