// faq
how does statuswatch get status data?
We pull directly from official status pages — Atlassian Statuspage, AWS Health, Google Cloud Status, and more. We check every 60 seconds for Pro users and every 5 minutes for Free users. No crowdsourcing, no third-party detection.
how fast will I get notified?
Pro users receive push notifications within 60 seconds of a status change being detected. Free users receive notifications with a 5-minute delay.
can I request a service that's not in the list?
Yes — tap "missing a service? request it →" on the Add Service screen inside the app. We review requests and add the most voted services every week. You can also email requests@statuswatch.tech.
how do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → StatusWatch → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
why are some services showing "status-only feed"?
Some providers publish only a summary status without detailed incident breakdowns. We display whatever is available from their official feed — this is a limitation of their status page, not our app.
is android coming?
Currently iOS only. Use the Android waitlist form above, or email support@statuswatch.tech, and we'll notify you when it launches.
is my data private?
We collect only what's necessary: your email, the services you subscribe to, and your device token for push notifications. We never sell your data. Full details in the Privacy Policy below.
